The Archangel Gabriel is saying it is time for you to assume your leadership, power, and position and lovingly guide others.
This is saying to use your POWER that you know you have for guiding people and don't be afraid to do so....but do it in a loving way as to not allienate them while trying to help them!! But show them that you KNOW what your talking about for them to be able to TRUST what you say!!
