The Archangel Raphael is saying take several deep breaths and exhale slowly to awaken your energy and to release old patterns.
This shows us to take a step back and re-think the situation that is giving you alot of problems right now. It is saying to possibly let the pattern go that keeps you stuck in how you feel about something that you hold close to you.
It is saying to put your energy once you take your deep breathes and put them toward another energy or situation that you feel needs attention as well. As this will give you time to recollect and COME BACK to the other situation with a fresher mind and attitude!
